IMPERIAL STOUT

 

Inspired by the proud steed of Alexander the Great. Its black colour holds in its essence power, character and great balance. The foam is creamy with shades of hazel, a structured body with a velvety texture. With hints of chocolate, coffee and liquorice are balanced by herbaceous notes of hops. This is an opulent drink to be enjoyed in front of the fireplace.

 

Serving suggestions: Wild boar and grilled rosella meats, cheese, pastries and dark chocolate. Recommended as an aperitif beer.

 

Ingredients: Water sources Del Verde, barley malt, spelled, brown sugar, hops, yeast.

 

Serving temperature: 12°-14° C
