WHEAT ALE

 

A wheat ale, amber in colour with a sweet and malty taste. It has along lasting rich and creamy foam, this ale is designed for the winter period.

 

Serving suggestions: Excellent with vegetable and lentil soups. Good with more complex ingredient pizzas. Can be used in cooking risotto with sausage and baked rabbit.

 

Ingredients: water sources Del Verde, barley malt, wheat (Senator Cappelli), hops, yeast and orange peel.

 

Serving temperature: 6°- 8°C
